Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned in the original packaging

This ensures the product is safe, clean, and ready for resale.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its arrival. We’ll then notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days.
• A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, we will send a gift voucher to your nominated email or mailing address.

If the gift order was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost and return postage will be deducted from your total refund.

Shipping Recommendations

If you are returning items valued at over AUD $100, we recommend:

• Using a trackable shipping service
• Purchasing shipping insurance for added protection

CRVNCH cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of tracking.

Processing Times

Depending on your location within Australia, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary. Metro areas may be faster than regional or rural postcodes.
